Why is my listing NOT showing in my Listing Dashboard?This can be because of various reasons, but the most common problem is that your listings are not linked to your new website account. This can easily be corrected by Linking Your Listings. Click on the link and following the instructions.

Why is my listing still showing as 'NOT YET LISTED'?We require that you provide us the information needed to put your listing in the MLS. If you are not yet listed, look at your listing in the Listing Dashboard. If the button says 'Continue Listing Setup' or 'Setup Listing' you need to click the button and start or continue providing the information about your property. After you complete providing the listing information, the next step is to electronically sign our agreements, this is done via DocuSign.

I Am Not Able to Upload My PhotosIf you are having problems uploading photos to our site, it is most likely a browser issue. You can usually correct this issue by clearing your cookies and browser cache. Here is a great article on how to do this: https://www.contentstack.com/docs/developers/how-to-guides/clear-caches-and-cookies-in-different-browsers/ I you are still unable to upload your photos, please submit a ticket and make sure you give us the precise behavior that you are experiencing, for instance if there is an error message, please let us know exactly what it is.

How do I change my listing?Login in to listwithfreedom.com and select Listing Dashboard (top right hand corner). Then select the menu option associated with your listing to select the change you would like to make. We will be notified of your request immediately and make the changes within 24 hours.
