New York Operations Process

  1. ListWithFreedom and its agent will require a photo ID, issued by the government, before any of our agents will show the property to anyone, at anytime.
  2. ListWithFreedom rarely represent buyers in any capacity and when we do we will not ask our buyers to sign an exclusive brokerage relationship agreement with us. We believe our service will lead buyers to be loyal to us during the sales process - no need to go bind them contractually. Should the laws of New York change this could change in the future. The only way that we required it is if it became required by state law.
  3. ListWithFreedom will require a pre-approval letter from a reputable lender prior to showing any properties to any buyers. Most of our sellers will require the same, in advance, for showing the property as well. This is a standard practice throughout the industry.

ListWithFreedom focuses its business primarily on representing Sellers, which make up 99% of our business. On the rare occasion that we do work with buyers we will require the above actions. If a buyer comes to us and has an interest in our any of our listed properties, we do not represent those buyers on the properties that we list. We simply connect buyers to sellers who will work together to come to terms. Our sellers may require additional information or have additional requirements prior to showing a property to a prospective buyer. Each situation is treated individually, on a case-by-case basis for each of our Sellers.

ListWithFreedom goes above and beyond to treat all persons equally and fairly in every situation. We abide by all federal state and local requirements related to fair housing and believe that we exceed all laws and industry standards in this regard.
