Help CenterOne of the quickest and most effective ways to get your home sold is to give Buying Agents a way to request a showing. ListWithFreedom allows just that with our Online Showing Request option.
We’ve partnered with ShowingTime.com, the top real estate scheduling system on the market, to give you the ability to control when your house is shown.
The Online Showing Request Option displays a ‘Schedule a Showing’ button next to your listing and eliminates frustrating scheduling issues. It also simplifies the showing request process. You will be emailed automatically when an agent wants to show your property. You can also provide special instruction, like lockbox code, that only the real estate agent can see.
In order to take full advantage of this feature and ensure you are receiving all messages from potential buyers, be sure to follow these steps:
- You will receive an email from ShowingTime.com to Access Your Listing in ShowingTime
- Click the Create Account or Login button in the Email from ShowingTime
- This will take you to ShowingTime.com where you will enter the email address you want to associate with the account (ie where you would like to receive notifications from potential buyers.)
- You will then receive another email from ShowingTime to complete your registration. Click the Create Account button.

- You will then be taken to a screen on ShowingTime to create your Username and Password.
- After you have created your Username/Password you will then fill in the rest of your account information, including property details and your Communication Preferences (Phone, Email, Text)

- There is also a Home by ShowingTime App available on the app stores for Apple and Android. This app will allow you to view and manage all of your showing times in one area from your mobile device.
- If you are the home seller, be sure to download the Home by ShowingTime, and not the regular ShowingTime app, which is for Real Estate Professionals.
*NOTE: If you would like to block off a range of times, instead of a specific time, you will need to Contact Us and we will block out the time range for you.
